I got tired of jewelry not fitting. So I made a list of brands that do. That's basically it.
Every time I walk into a jewelry store, the same thing happens. I see something beautiful. I check the size. Smallest available: 5. Every. Single. Time.
Online shopping is somehow worse. Search "small ring" and you get children's jewelry covered in butterflies. Search "petite jewelry" and every brand that comes up starts at size 5. How is that petite? In what universe is size 5 petite?
Bracelets are a whole other thing. Standard ones slide down to my knuckles. Bangles fly off my hand if I gesture while talking. I have literally lost jewelry mid-conversation.
For years I kept a mental list of which brands carry my size. Which Etsy sellers will do custom sizing without charging double. One day it hit me: why isn't there just a list somewhere?
So I made one. A database of brands that make jewelry in sizes that exist on my body, maintained as a free resource for the petite jewelry community.
